Employers want to know what you have achieved in past jobs or experiences to see how you can
contribute to their organization.
Be specific and descriptive about your experience. Job duties
tell a prospective employer what you did but accomplishments
tell them how well you did it.
Quantify as much as you can – how many, how
much, how often? This helps demonstrate your
value to the company. Prove you can get the job
done faster, better, or more cost effective.
