A technical résumé is a specialized document designed to highlight skills, qualifica;ons, and experiences
relevant to technical roles in STEM fields. This type of résumé focuses on showcasing technical exper;se,
problem-solving abili;es, and specific tools, technologies, or methodologies used in the field.
ELEMENTS OF A TECHNICAL RÉSUMÉ

¤ Your name (make it large and bold). If you have a preferred name, place in parenthesis - i.e., David

¤ Your address is not needed, but you should include city/state if you are local
TAILORED HEADER
¤ Be descrip;ve with category headings - this allows you to highlight specific experiences
¤ Recommended headers: Summary of Qualifica;ons, Educa;on, Skills, Projects, Experience,
Extracurricular, Honors/Awards, Other Experience
